Online Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you may need to exchange or return an item. Please retain original packaging and contact sales@anchorwinch.com with your order number and details of what you would like to do.

Return Window & Restocking Fees

Returns must not be damaged or weathered. Used or weathered items will be evaluated and may be subject to additional fees or rejection.

1 to 30 Days

No Restocking Fee

Full refund of the product purchase price.

31 to 45 Days

15% Restocking Fee

Deducted from the refunded purchase price.

45 to 60 Days

30% Restocking Fee

Deducted from the refunded purchase price.

61+ Days

No Refund

Returns are no longer accepted.

Shipping on Returns

  • Shipping costs, if any, are not reimbursed or refunded. Refund amounts are based on the product purchase price excluding shipping.
  • Shipping costs to return merchandise to Anchor Winch are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Anchor Winch will NOT accept any COD deliveries or shipments. All return packages must be shipped prepaid.

Return or Exchange by Mail

Mail the item via a service of your choice, or if a prepaid return label was not provided, ship your return to the U.S. Returns address below. Packages must be returned prepaid.

Defective Merchandise

Anchor Winch will return, replace, or exchange any defective merchandise purchased through our website or one of our affiliated retail outlets. You may be required to provide proof of defective merchandise or mail the item in for inspection.

If the items are found to be defective, a reimbursement or credit will be applied to your account, order, replacement, or upgrade, including shipping cost reimbursement for website purchases. Anchor Winch will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be in the condition in which they were purchased.

Second-hand purchases are not covered. Anchor Winch will NOT reimburse or replace items purchased via 2nd hand outlets such as garage sales, yard sales, eBay, or other similar resale channels.

Retail Outlet Exchanges

Any item purchased through one of our affiliated retail outlets that you would like to exchange is at the discretion of the merchant where you purchased the goods. Please contact the retail outlet directly for further details on their policies. Defective merchandise purchased at a retail outlet is handled directly by Anchor Winch as described above.

  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued back via the original payment method. Upon request, they can also be applied as credit toward your account, a future purchase, or a replacement product.
