We understand that you may need to exchange or return an item. Please retain original packaging and contact sales@anchorwinch.com with your order number and details of what you would like to do.
1-30 Days (0% / No Restocking Fee)
Returns must not be damaged or weathered.
31-45 Days (15% Restocking Fee)
Returns must not be damaged or weathered.
45-60 Days (30% Restocking Fee)
Returns must not be damaged or weathered.
>61-Days: No Refund
Used & weathered items will be evaluated and subject to additional fees or rejection.
Shipping costs “if any” are not reimbursed or refunded. The refunded amount is based on the product purchase price excluding shipping charges “if any.”
Shipping costs for returning merchandise to Anchor Winch are the responsibility of the consumer.
Return or Exchange by Mail on Your Own
Mail the item via a service of your choice OR if a prepaid return label was not provided, please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid. Anchor Winch will NOT accept any COD deliveries or shipments.

Defective Merchandise
Anchor Winch will return, replace, or exchange any defective merchandise purchased through our website or any of our affiliated retail outlets. If the items are found to be defective, a reimbursement and/or credit will be applied to your account, order, replacement, or upgrade including the shipping cost reimbursement. Anchor Winch will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be in the condition in which they were purchased. Anchor Winch will NOT reimburse or replace items purchased via 2nd hand outlets such as garage sales, yard sales, eBay, and/or other similar 2nd hand outlets.

Exchanges
Any item purchased through one of our affiliated retail outlets that you would like to exchange is at the discretion of the merchant in which you purchased the goods. Please contact the retail outlet where purchased for further details on their policies.
Defective Merchandise
